Jason Bethune and his wife Dawn have always had a love affair with ice cream. Some of Jason’s earliest childhood memories are sitting on an old-fashioned hand crank ice cream maker on his Grandparents farm, making homemade ice cream from ingredients sourced right on the farm.

In 2021, Jason and Dawn decided it was time to return to their roots. Their only hope is to bring smiles to the faces of everyone in their community through homemade ice cream made from local ingredients.
